What kinds of projects can we create together? I’m glad you asked! As an experienced instructional designer, video creator, writer, and educator, the possibilities are (nearly) endless! Here are some of the types of projects I can support you in:

Whether it’s a community event, conference presentation, corporate speaking gig, professional development / CE workshop, or even a university class lesson, I can help! Together, we’ll design a live event that brings value to your community and facilitates connection through group engagement activities and hands-on learning.
Depending on your needs, I can collaborate with you to identify objectives for your event, write an outline for the structure, design slides, create a handout for guided learning, create a social media post and digital flyer to market the event (where relevant), and even write web copy for use in promotions and newsletters.
I’ll ensure your event design is high quality, professional, and optimized for your needs so you can go into it feeling confident and excited to share your expertise.

I can help you design in-depth educational experiences to share your expertise in a scalable way.
We can work together to simply plan your course, or to fully develop your actual course materials. This can include text-based readings and handouts, instructional slides, videos, or audio files, and even promotional materials.
I can also design interactive activities and assignments to help your learners internalize what you’re teaching them.
I can even help you identify appropriate platforms for hosting your course materials, as well as strategize the best ways to share it with your potential audience.
With the right course, you can increase your income with offerings for clients, or save yourself time when onboarding interns or new hires!

I can help you design workbooks, worksheets, reference lists, habit trackers, or whatever other digital resources your community needs.
Note: My work as an instructional designer is focused on finding the most effective way to convey the information you want to share. This is not a full graphic design service. However, I’ll ensure your product or resource is clear, accessible, visually engaging, and provides practical support for your community.
I can work with you to identify your goals, design a file in Google Docs or Canva, write content, and even add simple graphics.

I can also work with you to develop a unique package for other projects involving digital marketing and online content creation - such as YouTube videos, social media content, email newsletters, sales pages, blog posts, and more.
My rates for a project can vary depending on the scope of the work, so please reach out so I can customize a quote for your needs!
How we can work together
I offer 3 tiers to ensure my services are accessible and make sense for your project’s needs.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or already have a good start on your project, and you want targeted strategy support from an experienced instructional designer, the Design Consult is a great option!
First, you can send me your existing ideas or materials if you have any for me to look at - but no worries if you’re not there yet!
Then, we will set up a 50 minute video call to fill out a comprehensive project outline together.
We'll identify your project's vision, goals, outcomes, and limitations. We'll determine an appropriate structure or format, as well as ideas for materials and activities where relevant. Finally, we'll determine what next steps you can take to bring your project to life.
I’ll also share brief thoughts on any materials you've sent me, and I'll provide troubleshooting recommendations for any technical/design challenges you may have.
You’ll receive a full summary of our meeting via your client Google Doc for you to reference as you continue developing your project.
Rate: $150 (flat fee for 1 consulting session)
This is a strategy-focused session. If you’d like help creating materials or launching your project, additional services can be added. Most clients start here, then continue into a custom project once their direction is clear.

For those who want to start creating quickly, the Design Collab could be a great fit!
This service includes everything in the Design Consult, PLUS:
After our session, I will also design a quick initial draft to get you started with your materials. Please note this is focused on creating draft-level structure (not polished final materials).
This can include an outline of up to 20 slides in Google Slides or Canva and a 1-2 page Google Doc or Canva worksheet, or a workbook outline of up to 20 pages in Google Docs or Canva.
This outline will give you a sense of structure, topics, and areas to fill in content, without wasting time in the early stages on polishing visual elements.
Together, we’ll ensure you have a clear plan for your project AND a strong starting point for your materials.
Rate: $450 (1 consulting session and the outline of agreed upon materials)
If you want to keep working together, additional meetings or design work can be added on as needed for an additional cost.

For those ready to fully bring a project to life, Design Complete is for you! We'll focus on building your final, polished materials and preparing your project for delivery or launch.
This phase is all about execution: turning your ideas into a complete, ready-to-use product.
If we’ve already worked together through a Design Consult or Collab, we’ll build directly on that foundation. If not, we’ll begin with a strategy session to clarify your direction before moving into development.
From there, I’ll collaborate with you to create your final materials and fully bring your project to life.
Depending on your needs, this may include a fully designed workshop with slides and a worksheet, an asynchronous training, or a more in-depth course.
I can also provide support with positioning, marketing, and launching your project.
Rate: Custom-scoped projects based on your goals. Most projects fall within the following ranges:
Workshop build (materials only): $600–$750
Workshop + marketing & launch support: $900–$1,200
Larger courses: $1,200+
Final pricing depends on project scope, timeline, and level of support needed.

I’ll work with you to clarify your vision for your project and identify what format might best suit your goals.
We’ll plan your project’s structure, content, length, and modality, audience engagement, and materials in a way that mindfully uses your limited time, energy, and resources.

I can take the lead on designing your materials (slides, worksheets, videos, etc.), or I can support you if you want to take the lead.
I’ll create materials based on the project outline, or I’ll provide feedback and recommendations on organization, accessibility, and visual appeal. Together, we’ll make your materials shine.

With my experience creating content and facilitating many workshops and courses, I’m familiar with the common technical and logistical issues that come up.
I’ll help you anticipate potential roadblocks and ensure your project goes smoothly and can handle any bumps along the way.
